전화기가 개통이 안되어 있더라도 전화기만 있으면 전화번호를 부여받아 와이파이 지역에서 전화를 걸고 받을 수 있습니다.전화번호는 대리점에서 발급받을 수 있습니다.013LTE 사용을 위해서는 다음과 같은 시스템 기능을 이용합니다.1. 원활한 통신을 위하여 네트워크 상태를 체크합니다..2. 통화목록 기록을 위해 주소록을 사용합니다.3. 푸쉬 서비스를 받기위해 구글정보를 이용합니다.해외에 나가실때 자동로밍은 비용부담이 되므로 013톡 LTE톡 어플사용을 권장합니다. 값비싼 데이타로밍을 이용하시지 말고 포켓와이파이를 임대하시거나 해외선불유심카드를 구매하셔서 휴대폰의 모바일데이타는 차단하시고 자동로밍으로 오는 전화를 받으시지 말고 끊어지면 LTE톡 으로 전화를 거십시요 문자도 자동로밍시 수신은 무료이니 확인하시고 013LTE로 문자를 보내시면 됩니다.만일 착신서비스를 이용하시고 싶으시면 부여받은 0130번호에 착신시키시면 해외에서 본인010번호에 오는 전화를 무료로 받으실수 있습니다. 단, 음성만 착신되므로 음성착신서비스가 가입이 안되어 있으시면 본인휴대폰에서 114를 누르시고 부가서비스 신청에서 집전화번호나 회사일반전화에 착신서비스를 신청하시고 안내문자에 따라 착신을 해지한후에 나중에 비행기안에서 착신을 주어진0130번호에 하시면 됩니다.처음부터 0130번호에 착신해달라고 안내원에게 부탁하면 잘 이해를 못합니다.LTE톡 은 한국에서 한국으로 전화하는게 가장 음질이 좋고 해외에서 한국으로 전화를 걸거나 받는게 그다음으로 좋습니다 일단 호가 한국으로 와서 나가기 때문에 미국에서 미국으로 걸어도 미국에서 한국으로 왔다가 미국으로 갑니다.같은 LTE톡끼리 무료통화가 되지만 음질은 보장못합니다.미국이나 중국등 무료국제전화국가의 현지번호에 착신해서 받으실경우는 무료입니다.미국유심을 가지고 나가시는 분이나 해당국가의 친지를 방문하실경우 현지심을 구입하면 어플내에서 안내메뉴에서 수신방법을 현지국가번호+현지번호를 입력하고 전화로 수신하기를 선택하시면 됩니다.Even if your phone is not open, you can get a phone number and make and receive calls in the Wi-Fi area.The telephone number can be obtained from the dealer.The following system functions are used for 013LTE use.1.
